The Drowned
‘The Drowned’ is the perfect and striking example of Puzzle Junction’s unique interpretation of immersive theatre. This captivating production is a Halloween immersive theatre experience that draws inspiration from ‘Cantre’r Gwaelod’ (The Welsh Atlantis).
The Drowned skillfully takes a story that is deeply rooted in Welsh culture and crafts an original intellectual property (IP) based upon it. By working within a space that naturally lent itself to a Halloween atmosphere, we endeavoured to create and intricately weave a narrative that was not only engaging but also sensitive to both the rich folklore and the particular context of the space in which we were operating.
In North Wales, many individuals had not yet had the opportunity to experience immersive theatre, The Drowned stands as a remarkable possibility for their introduction to this innovative format. We feel an immense sense of pride for The Drowned as our flagship immersive theatre show, and we eagerly look forward to collaborating with clients to create many more enchanting experiences in the future.
