A distinctive aspect of our practice is real-world game design — developing interactive systems, participatory mechanics and structured audience agency within physical environments. This approach enables visitors to move beyond observation and actively shape their experience.

Founded in 2021, Puzzle Junction builds on over 15 years of experience in large-scale creative production, event strategy and immersive design. Our projects span physical, digital and hybrid formats, integrating storytelling, interaction and technology where it meaningfully enhances visitor engagement.

We operate through a flexible studio model, collaborating with trusted partners in architecture, fabrication, projection and immersive technology to deliver environments responsibly and effectively.

Puzzle Junction is led by Creative Director Eleanor Appleton, whose background spans immersive performance, narrative development and large-scale creative production.

Eleanor’s approach combines story-driven design with structured project coordination, ensuring immersive environments are both imaginative and practically delivered. She works closely with clients and collaborators to shape experiences that are rooted in place, responsive to audience needs and aligned with strategic objectives.

Under her direction, Puzzle Junction operates as a collaborative studio — bringing together trusted creative and technical partners to deliver immersive projects with clarity, care and purpose.
