What is Creative Event Management?
In essence we manage events within for businesses to help them achieve their goals for their business. Our team consists of both logistical and creative minded people bringing all of these skills together and organise them to deliver events.
The Creative Event Manager oversees the whole team, communicates with the client, organises workflow, balances the budget, ensures risk assessments are done and generally ensures that everything is running smoothly and on target for delivery.
