Public Sector & Heritage Engagement Experiences

Narrative-led engagement programmes for public sector, heritage organisations and cultural institutions.

Introduction

We design and deliver narrative-led engagement programmes that connect communities with place, heritage and culture.

Working with local authorities, heritage organisations and publicly funded cultural bodies, we create immersive learning experiences, participatory projects and place-based storytelling initiatives that support funding objectives and deliver measurable public impact.

Our programmes balance creative storytelling with structured delivery — ensuring projects are aligned with strategic goals, audience needs and operational realities.

How We Work

Our Approach to Public Engagement

Public sector projects require clarity, accountability and measurable outcomes.

We begin by understanding funding criteria, stakeholder priorities and community context. Narrative frameworks are then developed to ensure engagement is meaningful, inclusive and rooted in place.

Delivery is carefully coordinated across sites where required, with clear communication and structured evaluation processes to support reporting and future funding applications.

Outcomes

Designed for Public Impact

Our engagement programmes are created to:

  • Increase community participation in heritage and culture

  • Deliver measurable educational outcomes

  • Strengthen local identity and pride of place

  • Support funding objectives and reporting requirements

  • Create accessible, multi-generational experiences

Collaborative Delivery

We work closely with council officers, cultural teams, educators and community partners to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and inclusively.

Our role is to combine narrative creativity with structured coordination — contributing immersive design expertise while integrating seamlessly within wider project frameworks.

If you’re developing a heritage, visitor attraction or public engagement initiative, we’d be pleased to explore how narrative-led design could support your objectives.
