An immersive event is an experience where audiences step inside a story or themed environment, actively engaging with characters, spaces, and activities rather than simply watching from the outside.
How Do We Create Immersive Events

Format
With immersive event design firstly we have to consider the format of your event. Is it a small intimate dining event? A large-scale award ceremony? A festival? A training event? etc.

Story and Games
Then we look at the story you want to communicate with your clients, customers or participants? When the narrative has been developed we look at how we can make it playable and add gamified elements that interact with your audience.

'On-boarding'
A really important part of what we do is ‘on-boarding’ participants. From the very beginning they will receive ‘in-world’ communication and be addressed as their role, where they are detectives, investigators, ghost hunters or deep space explorers. When they arrive at the experience they may receive exclusive passes and be addressed in their role. The ‘on-boarding’ continues throughout the experience and this is a vital part of our projects.
