Opportunities
How the Model Works
This is a collaborative, project-led model:
There are no salaried roles at this stage
Partners contribute strategically to identifying and shaping opportunities
When a project is secured, those involved are prioritised for paid roles delivering that work
This ensures:
A fair and transparent relationship
Paid opportunities aligned to real project income
A focused, high-value use of everyone’s time
What You Can Expect
Opportunities to work on live, real-world immersive experience projects
Collaboration on projects within the heritage and visitor attraction sector
A clear pathway from strategic involvement to paid delivery roles
A professional, creatively-led environment with strong direction and vision
How We Work
Small, focused network (not open-ended collaboration)
Strategic input, not time-heavy commitments
Clear roles and responsibilities on a project-by-project basis
Emphasis on independence, experience and delivery
Who This Is Not For
This is not suitable for:
Entry-level or those looking to “gain experience”
General creatives or practitioners without production/commercial experience
Individuals requiring ongoing direction or management

Building a Commercial & Production Network for Narrative-Led Experiences
Puzzle Junction is an immersive experience studio specialising in narrative-led visitor experiences for heritage sites, cultural organisations and public spaces.
We design and deliver story-driven experiences that engage multi-generational audiences — from self-guided town-wide adventures to live, site-specific immersive events.
As demand grows, we are expanding our commercial and production capacity by forming a small network of experienced partners to support project acquisition and delivery.

We are forming a select group of senior collaborators who can:
Help identify and secure new projects and partnerships
Contribute strategically to bids, proposals and conversations
Step into paid roles delivering those projects once secured

We are currently connecting with individuals with experience in:

Securing projects within heritage, culture, public sector or visitor attractions
Building relationships with organisations and decision-makers
Contributing to or leading successful tenders and proposals
Producers / Project Delivery Leads
Managing and delivering multi-stakeholder projects
Working within heritage, arts, events or exhibitions
Turning creative concepts into structured, deliverable experiences
